Procedure Pack Keratoplastik-Sx10

The Procedure Pack comprises 10 pcs. of the Treatment Pack Size S for the patient, 10 pcs. of the Treatment Pack Type KP for the donor cornea and a single Treatment License to activate 10 Keratoplasty procedures including 10 treatments of a patient eye (recipient) as well as 10 treatments for preparation of a donor cornea.
The Procedure Pack is specific to the individual VisuMax®, VISUMAX® 600 or VISUMAX® 800 device, therefore any order requires the user name, shipping address and serial number of the VisuMax, VISUMAX 600 or VISUMAX 800 basic unit.
Ordering of single Treatment Packs is impossible. Procedure Packs cannot be divided into smaller quantities.
Please be aware that Procedure Packs are sterile products. The minimum remaining time of use before expiration is 24 month at the time of shipment.
For the clinical application of VisuMax, VISUMAX 600 and VISUMAX 800 only original Procedure Packs of Carl Zeiss Meditec must be used.
